KYC

Know Your Counterparty, in both directions.

KYC is applied as a standing requirement of the group. Before a transaction file is opened, BNM Group completes identification and profiling of the counterparty, including ownership structure and beneficial ownership where available.

The same standard is asked of counterparties trading with BNM Group. Mutual KYC is a condition of engagement, not an exception.

What we provide

  • Standing KYC procedure for all new counterparty files
  • Ownership and beneficial-ownership review where available
  • Periodic re-verification for ongoing relationships
  • Clear documentation of the KYC steps completed on each file

What counterparties can expect

  • Counterparties are asked to provide identification and corporate documentation
  • Requests may include ownership structure and point-of-contact details
  • Files that cannot be fully profiled may be declined or paused

Processes described on this page define the group's working standards. BNM Group is not a bank, a licensed financial institution, a payment institution or a regulated financial-services provider. Verification requests are handled exclusively through official group channels.
